ORDER AND DELIVERY

Delivery

• It's our goal to send out your order within 1-3 working days. 
• In the Netherlands your package will be send by PostNL. For shipments outside the Netherlands, PostNL transfers the shipment to the local shipping company.
• After ordering & payment you will receive an email message of your order. If you do not receive this message, please let us know and we will check whether everything went well.
• When your package has been delivered to the PostNL point, you will receive a confirmation of the shipment via a Track & Trace code in your mailbox. You can track your shipment here.
• Once the package has been transferred to PostNL, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time.
• At the moment we ship to the Netherlands and Europe. If you want to have an order shipped to another country, please contact us at: info@wildchildkidswear.nl. Adjusted shipping rates apply for this.

​Shipping costs:

• Netherlands: Free shipping for orders above €100,-. Orders below €100,- pay a fixed shipping fee from €5,-.
• Belgium & Germany: Free shipping for orders above € 150,-. Orders below € 150,- pay a fixed shipping fee from €7,-.
• Remaining EU countries: Free shipping for orders above € 200,-. Orders below € 200,- pay a fixed shipping fee from €15,- euro.
• Outside EU:  please contact us at: info@wildchildkidswear.nl, an adjusted shipping rate apply for this.

Customes (outside EU):

Consider that international shipments outside the European Union, might have some additional duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

We cannot control or predict these charges, it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.

Apart from the tax you might be also charged for the customs procedures.

Please know that the client is responsible for all the additional fees like taxes, duties and customs fees.

We recommend requesting information at your local customs office to calculate any eventual additional fees.

In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
